Synapse is the software of a Québec company that first connected its own cells, then its clients’, and now AIs to their humans.
The name
In a body, a synapse does not think. It transmits. Without it, brilliant cells stay alone.
A company is the same. The department that sells, the one that delivers, the one that counts, the person in the field, the partner across the province: each knows things the others do not. The problem is almost never the intelligence of the cells. It is the link between them. Synapse was born for that link.
Where it comes from
A real business, first
Synapse was first built for a Québec outdoor-hospitality company, present in some fifteen destinations, with partners, seasons, field teams and books to keep. Every module was born from a lived need: a receipt photographed on the road that books itself, an inventory seen from a phone, a reconciliation between payments and bookings, a request tracker that never sleeps.
Then clients
The same software began serving other organizations: an industrial distributor, a modular builder. The two-layer rule was born there: Synapse only speaks backstage, every build wears the client’s colours. When Synapse connects someone’s cells, they win, not us.
And now AIs
In 2026 a new kind of cell appeared in every organization: the artificial intelligence that acts. It publishes, sends, schedules, buys. It is brilliant, and it is alone: nobody links what it says to what happened. Confirme is the first synapse between an AI and its human: the link that carries a proof.
The method has not changed. We do not guess what a cell needs, we ask it. For Confirme, the cells asked were the AIs themselves, from three competing companies. They answered, we built, we published the consultation. The next links will come the same way.
